At Home • Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
